Dylan Erwich - Personal Trainer

Dylan played his first football match at age 3 and never quit sports since. At age 11, a straight-on goalkeeper collision fully tore his left ACL. It took 2 years of consistency with weekly physio and training to be able to recover without surgery and be back on the field.

Callisthenics during Covid turned into competitive rowing at uni. While at nutrition company Upfront he trained for two Hyrox events and prepared for his main goal: running the 2024 Rotterdam Marathon. Always chasing that one question: “how far can I get?”.

Starting at Double Shift in March 2024, he has completed his 6 months internship with us as part of his Milo Performance and Education (EQF level 4) training, after which he has joined our personal training team.

PS Dylan ran the Rotterdam Marathon in 3:10:34 and while he is a no-Instagram person he does love his Strava connections.
