Maddie has 6 years of training experience. She believes that exercising and a healthy lifestyle are important for not only your body but also your mind. She wants to help people to achieve their goals, making workouts fun and effective. She completed a Personal Training and Nutrition (EQF level 4) course as well as a fitness instructor (EQF level 5) course. Her specialty is improving your physical fitness, reaching your specific goals: weight loss, building strength and muscles.
In addition to being a personal trainer, you can find Maddie teaching different group classes at Double Shift with a focus on the correct technique and a lot of positive energy.
